Privacy Policy

Effective June 12, 2026

Hawk Communications LLC ("Hawk", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, is a turnkey consulting company. That means clients do not just send us email; they let us inside their businesses. This policy covers both: what we collect through this website, and how we treat what we are trusted with during an engagement.

The short version

  • This website collects almost nothing and tracks nothing.
  • What we learn inside your business stays inside your engagement. It is never sold, never reused for another client, never ours.
  • Your customers’ information, when our work touches it, is handled under your instructions and your engagement agreement.
  • We work least-privilege: the minimum access, for the minimum time, logged.

1. This website

If you only visit hawkcom.io, we collect very little: whatever you choose to send to info@hawkcom.io or consulting@hawkcom.io, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and reliability. This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and loads no third-party resources at all.

2. Prospective clients

When you start a conversation with us, we keep the correspondence and what you tell us about your business so we can be useful to you. We use it to respond, to prepare for the work you are considering, and for nothing else. If you decide not to proceed, you can ask us to delete what you shared and we will, keeping only what the law expects a business to retain.

3. Inside an engagement

Consulting that owns the outcome means we may see and operate a great deal: your systems, your records, your operations, your numbers, and sometimes your people’s and your customers’ personal information. The rules we work by:

  • Your engagement agreement governs. Each engagement has a written agreement covering confidentiality, data handling, and security. Where it overlaps with this policy, the agreement wins.
  • Your business stays yours. What we learn inside your company is held in confidence, used only to deliver your engagement, and never reused for, disclosed to, or monetized through anyone else.
  • Your customers’ information is handled on your instructions. When our work touches personal information your business holds, we act under your direction and your agreement, not our own purposes.
  • Least privilege, always. We take the minimum access needed for the task, for the minimum time, with access logged. Security first is one of our founding values, and it applies to us before we ever apply it to your systems.
  • When it ends, it leaves. At the close of an engagement, materials are returned or destroyed as the agreement directs, and any access we held is removed.

4. Systems we operate for you

When Hawk builds and runs infrastructure or services for your business, the data inside those systems belongs to you and sits under your authority. We operate, monitor, patch, and secure; we do not browse. Administrative access is limited to what operating the service requires, and significant access is logged so it can be audited.

5. Suppliers and processing services

Where delivering an engagement involves third-party suppliers or processing services, they receive only what the work requires, under terms consistent with this policy, and we disclose material ones to the client whose engagement they serve.

6. What we never do

  • We never sell or rent anyone’s information: not yours, not your customers’.
  • We never use one client’s information for another client’s benefit.
  • We never run advertising or tracking on this site, and we never will.

7. Keeping and removing information

Correspondence and engagement records are kept while a conversation or engagement is live, and afterward as good records-keeping and the law expect of a business. Write to info@hawkcom.io to ask what we hold about you or to request removal.

8. If something goes wrong

If a security incident on our side affects your information or an engagement’s, we will tell you plainly what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing about it, as quickly as responsible investigation allows and as the law and your agreement require.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated. We will not weaken what is promised here without saying so plainly.
